What started as a rather unprofessional adventure matured into a label boasting a string of nine well received Vinyl singles within only two years. We survived the bankruptcy of our first distributor, have set up our own studio complex and made friends with other Swiss labels. Plus we are still having a laugh at anyone thinking Switzerland is an uncool, cold place in the mountains with nothing else than cheese and chocolate. Ritmic enjoyed considerable success in the UK and almost anywhere else with people like the Plump DJs, Tayo, Aquasky, Jody Wisternoff, John Digweed, James Zabiela, Orbital, Hyper, Scape One or the legendary Annie Nigtinghale praising our releases. Ritmic is more than just a label. It is a lifestyle and an artform. We love good design which is why the world renowned Bureau Destruct from Berne was asked to do our Logo and Sleeve design. Besides releasing quality Vinyl we like to party hard. Some of our artists are hardworking DJ's which is probably why we are a bit lazy on the production front. However there's a few promising new tracks on the way so keep your eyes peeled!
